Arizona Supplemental Data Project: Aqueous Chemistry Results in the Powell and Cumming (2010) Geothermometry Spreadsheet

This resource is a compilation of data collected by the Arizona Geological Survey for the DOE NGDS Arizona Supplemental Data project: Investigation of Thermal Springs throughout Arizona:Geochemical, Isotopic, and Geological Characterization, Arizona Basin and Range Province. Thermal water from springs throughout Arizona were analyzed for specific analyte suites that have been tailored for use in geothermometry analysis formulated by Powell and Cummings (2010). Analytical results populate numerous ternary diagrams to assess geothermal water origin and chemical makeup. The data are available in the following formats: web feature service, web map service, ESRI service endpoint, and an Excel workbook for download. The workbook contains 4 worksheets, including information about the template with notes related to revisions, resource provider information, the data, and a field list (to assist data mapping). This resource was provided by the Arizona Geological Survey and made available for distribution through the National Geothermal Data System.
